Dressing – it’s such a simple step that can elevate a salad or veg to next level yum. The thing is, for so many of us it’s often an afterthought. It’s such a shame that so much time and effort is put into buying fresh, seasonal produce only for it to be doused in sub-par, store bought dressing. No more I say! You can make you’re own dressing. And it will taste better and be better for you than the alternative. So, with that in mind today’s post is the first in a series I’ll be doing on the humble salad dressing.
