I just love Couscous. It’s super easy to make and goes really well with a wide variety of dishes. My Couscous Salad with Sumac and Spinach was a happy accident that I just had to share with you all. It’s colourful, vibrant, happy food – exactly how I like it!
One of the things I love about home cooking is when an off-the-cuff dish turns into an absolute winner. Case in point: my Sensational Spinach Pea and Rocket Salad. Bursting with flavour, pretty to look at, and oh-so-easy to throw together this salad is a must at your next picnic, BBQ, or potluck.
My Chopped Salad with Lemon Chilli Dressing is bright, fresh, and simple with a bit of a kick. It makes the perfect BBQ side or picnic salad ’cause it always pleases a crowd. Uncomplicated super-star food, bring it on!
The Holiday Potluck seems to be all the rage this time of year. And that’s cool with me ’cause you know I love to cook. 🙂 Whether is a work function, family do, or get-together with the girls my favorite thing to make for a potluck has to be a great big salad. That’s because they’re super easy, look impressive, and taste delicious. Take my Roasted Beetroot Salad with Feta and Walnuts for example. The contrast of the colours and textures means it won’t get lost among the dips and chips and the flavours will have your work colleagues asking, “Can I get the recipe?”.
My favorite thing to eat for lunch is a salad. I love how a salad can take so many different forms. This Roasted Sweet Potato salad is super yummy and filling. The combination of the crunchy lettuce, red onion and caramelised sweet potato is just delicious. What’s more, it’s easy to throw together first thing when you’re rushing to get out the door.
