Introducing my Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts! In my experience, Brussels sprouts often get a bad wrap. Check out any kids movie or book and you’ll be sure to find some child wincing at the sight of them or secretly trying to feed them to the dog. I mean, I was reading a book of short stories to the kid once and there was an entire story devoted to the avoidance of these little green gems. Truthfully, it was really funny but that’s besides the point. Brussels sprouts are not the enemy people! In fact, I’d like to think they’re the unsung hero of the veggie world… too far? 🙂
