What better way to be both indulgent and kind than my Glorious Vegan Berry Smoothie? It’s super easy to make using everyday ingredients. I just know you’re going to love this smoothie. After all, I was able to get it past my harshest critic (that’s right, the kid).
Remember when I bought all that rice milk? Well, this is yet another scrumptious thing you can make with it. This Vegan Berry Smoothie is choc full of vitamins courtesy of the berries as well as protein and calcium thanks to the almond butter and milk. You can serve it as a healthy treat or a super delish breakfast on the go.
My smoothie is vegan but yours doesn’t have to be. If you prefer cow’s milk then go ahead and use it. I also like to throw a handful of ice in the blender to make it extra cold and smoothie like.
Seriously, this is a match made in smoothie heaven. Try it and see.

Glorious Vegan Berry Smoothie
Serves 1
200ml rice milk
a handful of frozen raspberries and strawberries
1 tbs almond butter (you can find the recipe here)
1 tsp maple syrup
a handful of ice cubes
Method:
- Combine all your ingredients in a blender and mix on high for 20 – 30 seconds.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
