There are some things you just shouldn’t keep to yourself.  Take my Sweet Potato Fries for example.  Salty, sweet, and crunchy, they’re the perfect side for a variety of dishes – veggie or otherwise.  Having said that, these delicious rods of sunshine don’t have to be regulated to a supporting character role.  I’ve also been known to load them up with my favorite toppings for a scrumptious game night or movie marathon snack.  So good!

What’s cooking you ask? You know how it goes, some weeks I feel like I could take on the world whilst others…  I absolutely love cooking and sharing my recipes here with you all but for some reason this week, I honestly felt like I had nothing to say.  Like I’d used up all my words or something.  And do you know what’s even weirder?
